Corporate Hire at Cheddar Gorge & Caves
- Eligibility
This discount is available on corporate hire enquiries made between 20 February and 31 March 2026, at Cheddar Gorge & Caves. It is not applicable to previously confirmed, or existing bookings. - Discount Details
The discount of 10% will be applied to Corporate Hire Packages that include The Lafferty Room, inclusive of Adventure packages where there is a minimum of 12 guests. 10% discount applies to the per person packaged price and does not apply to any third-party supplier costs that may be incurred. Maximum level of discount £525 inc VAT. - Availability
The discount is subject to availability, may not be available during peak events, and applies to corporate hires taking place between [1 April and 31 October 2026]. Longleat reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice. - Validity
Offer expires Tuesday 31 March 2026, and enquiries after this date will not be applicable to receive the offer. - Non-Transferable & non-exchangeable
The discount is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged for other offers or services. - Combination with Other Offers
This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly agreed in writing by Cheddar Gorge & Caves. - Confirmation of Booking
The discount will only be applied once a signed contract has been returned and the required deposit has been received within the stated time frame. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the discount being withdrawn. - Cancellations & Amendments
In the event of cancellation or date changes, standard Cheddar Gorge & Caves cancellation and amendment terms apply. Any revised booking may no longer qualify for the discount. - Exclusions
Certain dates, event spaces, or event types may be excluded from the discount at Cheddar Gorge & Caves discretion, including peak dates or high-demand periods. - Final Discretion
Cheddar Gorge & Caves reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the discount if the booking does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or with Cheddar Gorge & Caves standard venue hire policies.
