Eating and drinking
There is plenty of choice of eateries, pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area.
There’s so much to do at Cheddar Gorge & Caves you’ll need to relax and recharge. Stop off for a light lunch or coffee and cake at Costa Coffee. It’s not surprising it was voted the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop in 2010 - every cup of Costa Coffee is hand-made by baristas trained at the Costa Academy to make a perfect coffee.
As well as delicious coffee, Costa serves hot chocolate, iced drinks and a wide variety of teas and soft drinks. Refuel with a fresh sandwich, bacon roll, toastie, panini or wrap. There’s a variety of cakes on offer too: muffins, cup cakes, shortbread, Victoria sponge and many more.

"The Cheddar Caves are awe inspiring, the Crystal Quest is funny and terrifying, the museums are weirder than weird and the cliff-top walk is breathtaking. A great day out for children and adults."
