Barista's

You have the opportunity to work in stunning Cheddar Gorge looking after visitors to its beautiful stalactite caverns and towering 450ft cliffs, manning cark parks and ticket desks, giving guided tours on our open-top buses or bringing “the past to life” in our Museum of Prehistory, a Caving and Climbing Instructor a PCV driver on our open top bus or as a Barista serving excellent Costa Coffee.

If you are committed to working as part of a team, in a fun environment, have a positive outlook and a willingness to learn then we would like you to apply.  Our aim is to ensure that every one of our visitors has a day to remember and with your help we can achieve that.

Candidates will be required to attend an Assessment Centre on Wednesday 12th June.

Assessment Centre’s tend to last about 3 hours and we will require you to take part in a number of group activities where you will be expected to participate in whilst being observed and marked against the competencies/criteria for your particular role.

There is a strict dress code at the Assessment Centre and failure to comply may result in you being turned away. The dress code is smart i.e. shirt and trousers/skirt (no jeans, trainers, sportswear, plimsolls or UGG style footwear).

Temporary and casual contracts available with various days and hours – weekend and Bank Holiday working is necessary.

We would ask you to bring with you original documents together with photocopies, showing your eligibility to work and live in the UK.  This may consist of a Passport with work permit, Birth Certificate or Letter from the Home Office. Failure to bring correct ID may result in you being turned away.
